Data and Account Deletion

We guarantee your right to permanently delete your account and all your data. What will be erased from our systems within 48 hours?

Your account and email address.
Your security signals history (check-ins).
Contact information for your Angels (trusted contacts).

Option 1: Direct In-App Deletion (Fastest)

1. Open the Still Alive app.
2. Tap the Settings icon.
3. Select "Delete Account & Data".
4. Confirm the deletion on the screen. Data will be erased immediately from your phone and scheduled for permanent deletion on our system.

Option 2: Email Request

If you have already uninstalled the app or lost access to your phone, you can request deletion remotely:

Email suporte@stillaliveapp.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Please include your registered email address in the message body.
