Users can request full data deletion and account removal from Still Alive at any time through the in-app settings (Settings > Delete Account) or by emailing support@stillaliveapp.com. All server-side check-in records, guardian contact information, and local device data are purged within 48 hours of a request, ensuring your right to be forgotten is fully respected.

Option 1: Direct In-App Deletion

  2. 2. Tap the Settings icon.
  3. 3. Select "Delete Account & Data".
  4. 4. Confirm removal.
